The game “Dragon Quest Builders 2” from Studio Koei Tecmo, released by the well-known publisher Square Enix on October 14, 2016, follows two young heroes who come together through their backstories from the previous title. Despite the rather unimaginative plot device of amnesia, the charming yet shallow story serves as a framework for building and battling your way through a wide variety of worlds.
What really won me over was the art style, which is undeniably reminiscent of the works of Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama. The friendly worlds, along with a certain diversity and creative freedom, create a cozy gaming atmosphere.

In my Let’s Play on YouTube, you can join me as I follow the adventures of the two protagonists. One unique feature is that I recorded the gameplay without any commentary from me. I thought that might be distracting. I’d do it differently now. But since this is my first Let’s Play, I’m still keeping quiet in these videos.
I’m looking forward to having you as a new viewer.
Yours, STFlow

If you’d rather watch something else, I might have something else for you here in my overview. Maybe you’d like to join me in the distant worlds of ore-mining, alien-fighting dwarves? Then check this out: Let’s play Deep Rock Galactic Survivor.
Are you more in the mood for relaxed building rather than alien slaughter? Then the Factorio-inspired Let’s Play Dyson Sphere Program might be more your style.
